AGARTALA, Oct 2 (TIWN): Ratul Dey who saved many lives in GB Hospital last year in mid-night by fixing oxygen crisis joined TMC under the leadership of Bengal MP Dr Shantanu Sen. He said, “Tripura’s people evicted CPIM and brought BJP to power with many expectations from the Govt but in past 3.5 years public's lives have turned miserable''. Slamming the crippled situation of law and order, no freedom of media, no democracy in Tripura Ratul Dey said that ‘Srestha Tripura’ is the biggest lie of BJP. “If you ask the common people, no one can admit that s/he is spending life peacefully. Youths have no source of income, women has no safety as rape and murders are increasing rapidly”. "Police and Administration are under pressure and in troublesome situations as the leaders and Ministers are not allowing them to perform their duty accordingly", said Ratul Dey.

Dey further recalled the false allegations brought against him by the Crime Branch which is yet to be raised in the Court even after a year. 

To restore Democracy in Tripura, Ratul Dey has reportedly taken the step to work with TMC.

Today, a total 150 voters left various parties and joined TMC under the leadership of Bengal MP Dr Shantanu Sen.
