KHOWAI, Sep 29 (TIWN): In a heavy clash among TIPRA Motha and IPFT party, common men have been injured including women. The clash erupted centering project work. Amidst the clash of two parties, workers were injured. The incident took place at Lathi-Bazar under Khowai when centering a sub-zonal area’s work, IIPFT and TIPRA Motha members developed an argument. Both party’s workers, common men were injured. The injured persons who could be traced by the media are Amit Debbarma, Ratna Rani Debbarman, Ranjit Debbarma. After the incident tension has erupted in the entire area. However, the situation was said brought under control.

Adequate numbers of police and TSR were deployed after the clash.
