AGARTALA, Sep 29 (TIWN): After a few splashes of rain, the whole city started flooding and normal lives were heavily disrupted due to the water-logging.

Various parts of the city went under water and the public were bound to walk through the dirty water.

Unclean drains turned the ongoing situation worse because dirty smells and dirty surroundings created an unhygienic condition in Agartala today.

CM Biplab Deb in 2018 assured that by 2019 there will be no water logging in Agartala  but two years have gone without any progress, proving the water-logging problem solution was Visionless while promised.
