AGARTALA, Sep 25 (TIWN): Renowned Lawyer of Tripura High Court Amitabh Ray Barman has been appointed as standing counsel, Enforcement Directorate under the Central Govt.

Amitabha Roy Barman has been in the legal profession for a long time and handled various important cases successfully.

The Directorate of Enforcement is a law enforcement agency and economic intelligence agency responsible for enforcing economic laws and fighting economic crime in India. It is part of the Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India.

Amitabh Roy Barman has received the invitation to join in this Dept directly from the Central Govt.
