TMC appeals in High Court seeking Police Permission for Political Rally in Agartala

AGARTALA, Sep 20 (TIWN): TMC has filed a petition in the High Court for police permission for their rally on 22nd September.
Tripura police was requested 3 times with 3 dates for the rally in Agartala. First two pleas were rejected by police and as police did not give any reply yet to the last prayer for 22nd September, now TMC has appealed in the High Court.
The Court has accepted the plea and the next hearing will be on tomorrow. Court has asked the police to submit details in tomorrow's hearing.
