AGARTALA, Sep 19 (TIWN): Newly constructed road turned into terrible shape within 3 months of construction in Jamini Majumdar Para, Ratanpur area of Gaburchhara ADC Village in Balonia subdivision.

Reportedly after construction no guard wall was given, resulting the roadside soil being broken after little rain, which damaged the paddy fields and local public houses. Several sections on both sides of the road have collapsed, and created deep ditch.

If the road had been built by providing guard-wall, then the locals would not have suffered such a loss. Centering the poor- construction of road local people erupted with resentment and demanded the road to be renovated within the next few days.
