AGARTALA, Sep 14 (TIWN): Even though TMC did not get Rally's permission on 16th September due to Viswakarma Puja being one day after, BJP will celebrate PM Modi's birthday on Viswakarma Puja day itself that is September 17.

BJP's programme will be celebrated statewide. In a social media post, BJP has announced this. 

Today, Dr Manik Saha (BJP State President) held a meeting at Krishnanagar party headquarter to succeed the programme. 

On the other hand, TMC's rally which was cancelled on 15th September was further cancelled on 16th September stating law & order problems due to Viswakarma puja on 17th September but now ironically BJP will organize a statewide programme on PM Modi's birthday which falls on 17th September.
