AGARTALA, Sep 11 (TIWN): Tripura Trinamool Women cell organized a programme at Radhanagar. The main motto of the programme was to discuss the various schemes for women implemented in West Bengal under the leadership of Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee.

During the programme Bengal TMC leader Sushmita Dev said, “No state Govt in India has implemented such schemes for woman, which was implemented in Bengal for women under the leadership of Mamata Banarjee''

In BJP RSS culture, there was no respect for ‘Matri Shakti’ and in the eyes of BJP RSS existence of women remains nowhere, added Susmita Deb.

Also she gave a message to CM, Biplab Deb and said “Biplab Deb is talking about ‘Matri Shakti’ but yet has not done anything for Women empowerment in Tripura”.

BJP is an anti-women party, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao is just a slogan to use in Narendra Modi’s poster, added she.

However, West Bengal Trinamool leader Dr. Kakli Ghosh Dastidar, Trinamool leader Sushmita Dev, Jaya Dutt, Paramita Sen, Trinamool Congress spokesperson Kunal Ghosh, State Trinamool Congress leader Subal Bhowmik and others were present during the programme.
