AGARTALA, Sep 10 (TIWN): Centering the vandalism in media houses and attacks in opposition’s party offices CPI organized a press meet.
A CPI leader of CPI said. “After formation of the BJP-IPFT ally government in 2018 many opposition’s party offices were vandalized and set on fire. BJP bike gang goons yet not finished with their hooliganism in state. On 8th Sept BJP goons in the name of rally set fire in CPIM’s State offices in Agartala openly in broad daylight. They also vandalized Dasharat Deb's sculptures and set fire to all the vehicles kept outside before CPIM’s State office in Agartala. Around 50 CPIM party offices were damaged state-wide”.
CPI slammed the BJP over the ransacking of Pratibadi Kalam Newspaper’s office and said that BJP realized they are getting weak as common people are not supporting them and out of fear BJP is organizing such violence.
