AGARTALA, Sep 9 (TIWN): Centering Police's alleged lathi-charge on students last Monday, ABVP filed FIR against SDPO Ramesh Yadav and Inspector Sumanta Bhattacharya.

On Sep 7 Police allegedly organized lathi-charge on ABVP activists before the Education Department, while they were in protest against D.El.Ed offline mode exams by keeping the Education Dept officials locked inside the office till late-evening.

After long hours of protest, on Monday evening Police lathi-charged on students and many students received injuries.

Today, ABVP registered an FIR against the SDPO Ramesh Yadav and Inspector Sumanta Bhattacharya at West.

ABVP alleged that male Police attacked girls' students in the darkness as they have evidence of it. On the contrary, police yet to arrest ABVP members for kidnapping a girl student in MBB College and Raghu Lodh led massive vandalism in capital city Agartala yesterday.
