AGARTALA, Sept 9 (TIWN): Violent attacks took place on 2 media houses in Agartala on Wednesday.
Reportedly 4 journalists were injured after deadly attack led by BJP goons who chanted ‘Joy Shree Ram Slogan’.
Amid strong evidence and CCTV footage no arrest so far was reported. Centering Slumber role of Police administration 10 delegation members of ‘Assembly of Journalist’ met the IG Arindam Nath and demanded immediate action should be taken against the identified goons.
All the attacks were done by the ruling BJP party allegedly in pre-planned mode. But even after having clear evidence, not a single arrest was done by the police.
Today journalists met IG Law and Order Arindam Nath and talked to him. Arindam Nath reportedly said that he will visit the offices today.
