AGARTALA, Aug 29 (TIWN): Reacting to a media question about what is the status of the case which was filed against Trinamool leaders this month, Trinamool youth leader Jaya Datta said, "That case was politically motivated. Similar cases will be more filed against us........but it's okay. Let them file as many cases as they want. We are not afraid of such threats. In the coming days, Trinamool Govt will be formed in Tripura and till I am alive, I will be continuing working for Trinamool and will give my last drop of blood to establish the Trinamool Congress in Tripura". Jaya Datta's arrival is first after August 8 when she along with Sudip and Debangshu received injuries in a stone-pelting attack by BJP in Khowai.

At that time, Police did not arrest any BJP activist but had lodged a case against the Trinamool youth leaders, activists including her. After Trinamool activists got bail, one more case was filed against them. However, talking to media at Agartala Airport, Jaya Datta said that such cases can not affect the Trinamool's enthusiasm, rather Trinamool is going to form the next Govt in Tripura"
