AGARTALA, Aug 22 (TIWN): Municipal corporation has removed the dustbins from the Maharaj Ganj, Ram Thakur Sangha area.
As a result, the people of the area started throwing garbage in the dustbin spot where the dustbin has been removed.
Local people have demanded that the dustbin should be put back as in the morning time, everyone can not give garbage to the garbage carrier persons.
Locals said, due to the bad smells in the area lives have turned hell and on rainy days, it turns worse. Local people also warned the Govt to go in protest if the dustbins are not put back and the area is not cleaned.
