AGARTALA, Aug 10 (TIWN): BJP's ally IPFT party's leader Amrit Debbarma was caught by locals for stealing pumps from Agriculture Dept.

Locals caught him red-handed. Talking to the locals they expressed extreme displeasure over BJP, IPFT's increasing anti-social activities.

Few locals alleged that Govt has implemented 'night curfew' to ease such anti-social works, drug smuggling in the state and Amrit Debbarma like people fully utilize the opportunity.

The incident took place in Bishalgarh.
