AGARTALA, Aug 9 (TIWN): TBSE result issue which is not solved yet by Education Department. Failed TBSE Board students gathered in front of Heritage Park today, slammed Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath and staged protest with a demand of “All Pass” in a democratic manner.

With huge resentment students said before media, “We had staged protest in a Democratic manner in front of Education Minister's residential area on August 3, but Police administration arrested us, tortured us brutally”.

“Are we thieves or Dacoits that Police arrested us from our agitation spot? Without examination how can TBSE Board decide to fail us? We all are under 18 and School Students. How can the Police arrest us from the agitation spot despite it was Democratic Protest” ?  Asked victim students. 

The students claimed after arresting them, they were taken to AD Nagar on Aug 3, were harassed, threatened.

The Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath yet has not taken any step for students' benefit, though it has been 1 week that the Minister had promised to resolve the matters.

The students said that if their demands are not fulfilled immediately, they will start massive movements soon.
