AGARTALA, Aug 3 (TIWN): After TBSE results were declared, the students who failed in board examinations, on Tuesday were protesting peacefully in front of Education Minister's residential area with demand to promote them. But despite the students ‘Peaceful’ protest the Police brutally attacked on the students and in this ‘Police Attack’ many students were injured and were admitted to the hospitals. A female student received severe injury on head.
However such brutality of Police under BJP era is nothing new, as on January 27, 2021 the terminated 10,323 teachers also faced the same brutality.
The students who could not Pass in TBSE board exam, raised question without taking examination, how the board decided to declare them failed ?
The students alleged that massive corruption has taken place in the result declaration by TBSE board.
The students wanted to meet Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath but instead of meeting with the students, the Education Minister used police machinery to remove the students from their 'Peaceful protest'.
