AGARTALA, July 29 (TIWN): Amid I-PAC team members' house arrest and ongoing criticism, Trinamool MP, National Spokesperson Derek O'Brien has arrived in Tripura today.

After landing here in Agartala MBB Airport, the Trinamool leader said that such actions against opposition are just a revelation of BJP's fear about Mamata Banerjee.

"PM Modi had become a daily passenger of Bengal in Bengal poll's time but he lost the poll badly. So to prevent the Trinamool in Tripura from the beginning, such undemocratic actions are being taken....in fact they are shivering in fear", said Derek O'Brien.

On the other side, I-PAC team members got unconditional bail in the CJM court. Eminent Advocate cum Congress State President Pijush Biswas said that the I-PAC team might now move to the High Court so that the Court could take some action against such illegal detention, harassment of innocent people.

Right now National Spokesperson Derek O'Brien, Bengal Education Minister Bratya Basu, Law Minister Moloy Ghatak, Trinamool MP Ritabrata Banerjee, All India Trinamool Congress Women Wing Chairperson Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar are visiting Tripura.

Trinamool General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee is also scheduled to arrive in Tripura tomorrow.
