AGARTALA, July 2 (TIWN): Cooking Gas consumers have expressed extreme disgusts over the increasing price hikes of all commodities. In Tripura Cooking Gas price has gone to Rs. 967 erupting massive resentment among the common men. Talking to a consumer today morning after yesterday's hikes, he said, "I belong to a middle class family and are experiencing tight situations due to increasing prices of commodities. Everyday, prices of commodities are increasing. From petrol, diesel to cooking oil, everywhere there are hikes". Another man, who complained about his poverty due to no work amid the pandemic situation, said, "There is no work due to Covid situation for the last two years and now everyday prices of commodities are rising. The situation is going just out of control. It is becoming tough to manage two meals".
Another woman slammed the Govt over such uncontrolled prices, saying, "We must protest against such hikes. People should come forward to protest against the commodity price hikes".
