Agartala,Aug 26,(TIWN) OTPC Palatana Project in the South district of the state, is still in crisis. The twin gas booster compressors of the power plant at Palatana have been sent to Hyderabad.

 The boosters were taken to the  headquarter of Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL).Sources said on Monday, till date confirmation about the journey-start date is not possible to be mentioned, officially.

The 726.6 megawatt thermal power plant, launched by the ONGC Tripura Power Company at an initially estimated cost of Rs. 10 thousand crores is not at its good time. Maximum initiative has been taken to start the plant soon but all concerned are worried about the date.
