AGARTALA, June 21 (TIWN): Reacting over the lynching incident of Teliamura where 3 persons were killed by violent mob, CPI-M MLA Sudhan Das said that such attacks are highest against the minorities whether it's on cast religious base.

Sudhan Das said that the 3 youths were just carrying cows but with fake allegations of thieves, they were brutally killed. Throughout the country, the same incidents are on rise.

He further mentioned that attacks on women and such lynching incidents are increasing in uncontrolled manner.

Sudhan Das also condemned brutal murder of the man at Ramnagar, Agartala in last week. 

The statement of the MLA came when CPI-M was protesting over MGNREGA mandays and payment issues, demanding equal pay for all.
