AGARTALA, June 9 (TIWN): A delegation of four members handed over the memorandum to South District CMO, Dr, Jagadish Namah on six-point demands on various Covid related issues.

The demands included that declaring Bilonia Banspara Colony Ward No- 9 and 10 as containment zones as in the last 24 hours 37 positive cases were reported including 2 deaths in last few days. Sanitizing every house, roads in Ward No-9, 10, and conducting Covid tests in every home, setting up small health camps in the wards, local clubs and opening up vaccines to everyone above 18 years of age.

The deputation was placed by Block Youth Congress President Prashant Debnath, Block OBC President Uttam Debnath, Prabin Congress leader Bhabatosh Bhowmik . At the end of the deputation, Block Congress President Arup Deb said in front of the media.
