AGARTALA, June 8 (TIWN): Police have raided house of Jasimuddin, a local of Agartala Battala area in connection with illegal works.

On being asked, SDPO Ramesh Yadav remained mute over the raid purpose. Nothing was observed as found from his home.

Jasimuddin's house and shop at Battala were both raided.

SDPO said that whatever have been seized will be disclosed soon before the press.

Another house led by Additional SP was raided today at Ramnagar, where house-owner Shahjahan Mia said that police illegally entered in his home.
