Agartala, Dec 15 (TIWN): A 5-member delegation of Student Federation of India (SFI), Tripura State Committee today submitted a deputation to the president of Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE)- Mihir Deb over registration issue at Gurkhabasti Board office.
During the deputation, SFI the delegation informed that over hundreds of students of different schools in the state could not complete registration process due to some problems. As a result, they are not getting admit cards. Most of the students failed to complete registration are belong to needy families.
If they fail to appear in examination this year, many of them will not be able to continue their study because of several obstacles.
Consequently, the SFI delegates appealed to the TBSE president to allow those students who could not complete registration procedure in examination by registering their names for the interest of the students.
On behalf of SFI state committee, Nilanjana Roy, Bitan Das, Khokan Ghosh, Abhijit Chakraborty and many others were present in the deputation.
