AGARTALA, June 3 (TIWN): Long rows were witnessed in front of Electric office in Kumarghat as Service Down was complained.
Customers said that such problems are on regular base and Govt is not taking any initiative to start the online system.
In Covid-19 time, huge social gathering for recharge has triggered tension also, Customers said that for 3 to 4 hours they were waiting in rows and the work-speed is very low.
