AGARTALA, June 3 (TIWN): Allegation of domestic violence on a housewife has been raised. The victim housewife later rushed to Women PS to file a complaint against the husband.

The accused husband has been identified as Bankim Sarkar in Chandpara area, AD Nagar.

The victim housewife Shilpi Sarkar told the media that her husband got married twice and has been torturing her for a long time.

When the housewife rushed to file a case at the West Women's PS, at first police allegedly did not accept any case. Later, the housewife said the whole incident in front of the media.
