AGARTALA, May 25 (TIWN): BJP party members were spotted distributing free Pulse oximeters in Chief Minister Biplab Deb's constituency.Â
It has triggered various questions, like who has funded it.

If it is a Govt fund, then this distribution programme is illegal and if it is a party distribution, then also question arises, when BJP has 36 MLAs, why only in CM's constituency it will be distributed. However, if it was Biplab Deb's personal expenditure, then there would be no crime.
