AGARTALA, May 22 (TIWN): In this latest pre-paid system upgradation for the consumers under TSECL, customers are facing massive harassment as in many places reportedly there is no online recharge system updated yet.
Customers have expressed heavy resentment over the system as the people are forced to stay without power today. Tomorrow is also Sunday and so there is no chance for prepaid recharge.

Customers have demanded that the TSECL Office counter should be opened everyday or an online system must be started.The prepaid system has been recently launched in State Tripura.
