AGARTALA, May 19 (TIWN): In 'Pratibadi Kalam' newspaper's front page Chief Minister Biplab Deb's visit at East Agartala Women Police Station has been published but it was not a praise but unmasked the bitter reality behind mask-drive against common men.

During the Covid pandemic huge fines were imposed on common men for not wearing masks and it was necessitated for Covid control but what about when the Home Dept officials themselves violate the mask rule ?

During East Agartala PS's visit of Chief Minister Biplab Deb, it was seen that in front of him a lady police official was briefing him about the ongoing things there but she was not wearing any mask, when police and administration is holding mask-drive everyday.

The visit was sudden and the cops there were unready for the CM's visit. It has further raised doubt, whether inside the police station whether the police officials really wear masks when camera is off ?
