AGARTALA, May 15 (TIWN): As Tripura reaches a new peak with 449 coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, the Satyanishtha Welfare Society moved door to door in ADC villages to make people aware of the COVID protocols issued by the government.

Today the team visited Kalidas para of Nakichara to make awareness. They also spread awareness in 22 Gram Panchayats of 3 ADC villages in the last 2-days through the mike.

Besides, the society members asked the local traders too to make a minimum profit during this pandemic and follow Government’s law and order.     

Meanwhile, the block chairman of Kalidas para chose to close local shops and markets from 7 PM onwards which might help to break the chain.
