AGARTALA, May 10 (TIWN): 55 years old man while on the way to home after finishing REGA work was hit by a speedy bike in Chandra Sadupara, Champaknagar.
The deceased man has been identified as Jeevan Dey, 55 years old. While the Jeevan on the way to home at Sadhupara after finishing REGA work, he was hit by a speedy bike in Chandra Sadhu para near ST girls' hostel, family sources said.
Immediately after the incident he was taken to Champaknagar hospital, where after primary treatment noticing critical condition the on duty doctors referred him to Agartala GB hospital.
But the man left his last breath while undergoing treatment at GB hospital as his 80% brain was dead after an accident.
However the deceased's son said in front of camera the biker after admitting the man in Champaknagar Hospital escaped from the hospital premises. Demise’s son also added he will register a case against the bike rider.
Sudden untimely death of a man has brought the shadow of mourning over the family.
