Board Exams delayed in Tripura for COVID 19

AGARTALA, May 1 (TIWN): Tripura Board of Secondary Education has decided to postpone H.S.(+2 Stage) and Madhyamik examinations due to surge in COVID-19 cases across the state and also taking into account the safety and well being of the students until further order", announced TBSE.
This decision came after meeting was held among the Dept officials and TBSE President, Secretary, other members.
The examinations for Madhyamik and HS+2 was scheduled to be started from 19th May and 18th May. This year total 46,610 students are sitting in Madhyamik examination and total 27,205 students in Higher Secondary examinations.
Once the situation will be under control, with 2 weeks tim, exams will be taken.
