AGARTALA, May 1 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb while attending a blood donation camp in Agartala has requested people not to take COVID lightly and to follow guidelines.

Addressing media, CM Biplab Deb said, "I would like to request the people to follow the Covid guidelines as if life remains, then only other works can be done. Life is the first priority".

Tripura COVID-19 cases cases have crossed thousand as active.

On yesterday, 141 new cases were traced. Night curfew from 10 pm to 5 am has extended till 31st May.
