Agartala, December 12 (TIWN):- Tripura Government Employees Association will submit 16 point charter of demands to the Chief Secretary G. Kameshwar Rao on January 7th.
The 16 point charter of demands include:
1. All the Government teachers should be immediately given the due allowances and grade-pay according to the Central Government pay scale.
2. All the vacancies in different posts to be filled according to the priority basis of the Government.
3. Allowance difference should be immediately settled.
4. Seniority list should be broadcasted.
5. Regularization period of fixed employees should be extended from 3 years to 5 years.
6. Medical Re-imbursement service should be provided to Grade C and GradeD employees as like as Group-A and Group-B.
7. Trade Union rights along with the right to boycott should be given.
8. Act 310 and 311 (2) (B) and (C) of Constitution should be cut out
9. PFRDA act should be cut out and instead of that Defined Pension Benefit Scheme should be implemented.
10. Full pension should be given to the employee at the time of retirement day.
11. Strict action should be taken against the persons who were violating unity, peace and harmony.
12. Number of trains should be increased at the time of Mega block formation.
13. Control in price of essential commodities
14. More blocks should be covered under MGNREGA work etc.
