AGARTALA, April 29 (TIWN): As COVID cases sparked high, 16 COVID Centres have been identified by Health Dept.
Talking to media, Nodal Officer Deep Debbarma said along with 16 COVID centres, over 1467 beds are in stocks.
1020 is today's COVID active Case's number. 848 persons are in Home Isolation.
"This is really a matter of concern as the positivity rates are increasing everyday but in compare to yesterday, today's rate is much higher. It is alarming as in last 1 week it is the highest spike in week and if seen as per digit, it will be highest in 2021", said Dr. Deep Debbarma.
Today Principal Secretary held meeting with Officials of the administration including police. The meeting was held virtually.
Today, 50 patients have been recovered.
