Miscreants set fire in rubber garden, around 400 rubber plants burnt into ashes, Gokulnagar

AGARTALA, April 24 (TIWN): Around 400 rubber plants were set in fire, devastating the owner. The horrific incident took place opposite the CTI camp in Ward No. 4 of Gokulnagar Panchayat under Bishalgarh Police Station.
It is known around 12 noon on Saturday, miscreants set fire in a rubber garden under Gokulnagar Panchayat. In a very short time the flames took on huge areas.
Noticing massive fire the villagers immediately informed the Bishalgarh Fire station but though locals complained to the fire service, but the fire brigade team allegedly reached the spot lately.
Meanwhile, it is known that around 300 to 400 rubber plants have been burnt.
