AGARTALA, March 20(TIWN): Based on secret information of temporary gambling spot in Rabindranagar Bazar area, OC, Mangesh Patari sent police in civil dress to monitor the spot. Then OC, Mangesh Patari of Maharajganjbazar outpost rushed to the spot with huge police and TSR forces and arrested 3 gamblers. Police seized Jhandi-Munda gambling items including cash Rs 5,000.

A case was registered against the 3 arrested gamblers Pradeep Chandra Saha, Rakesh Dey and Shyamal Saha and they would be produced to court tomorrow, said OC, Mangesh Patari. Also said such kind of campaign will be continued in coming days.
