AGARTALA, March 18 (TIWN): As per news reports, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb committed another blunder by saying, there is water which is surrounding Kerala.  

Deb also said that Mughal King Aurangzeb's brother went to Tripura and there under King Amar Manikya he could not enter further. At that time at Chabimura, Aurangzeb's brother soldiers made the structures on Chabimura hills.
