AGARTALA, March 17 (TIWN): Based on secret information Kalamchhera police and TSR forces raided Hossain Ali’s house last night in Veluarchar Gram Panchayat where 170 kg cannabis (worth Rs 7 Lakh), stored in large drums were kept hidden under the kitchen floor to smuggle in Bangladesh.

However, the police could not arrest the owner but a case was registered against Hossain at Kalamchoura PS under the NDPS section.
