AGARTALA, March 16 (TIWN): Though the construction of a motor stand was completed by leveling the hills seven years back in Atharobhola area of Udaipur sub-division, yet no government vehicles were introduced there.

As the area is a significant agricultural land, farmers and traders face major issues with transportation, they rely on auto-rickshaw for which they have to pay more rent losing their profits.

Besides, the motor stand being impassible for a long time, various anti-social activities run inside the premises in the corner of the evening. Locals now demanded immediate functioning of the motor stand and introduction of government vehicles in the area.
