TTAADC Poll Postponed for 2 Days due to Holy 'Easter Sunday' : Rescheduled on April 6, Vote Counting on April 10

AGARTALA, March 12 (TIWN): TTAADC Poll has been postponed for 2 days due to the 'Holy Easter Sunday'.
In a notification, Secretary of the Election Commissioner of District Council P.Bhattacharjee has issued the order.
Now the Poll will be conducted on 6th April, Vote Counting on 10th April and process of election must be completed by 16th April.
This decision came after various political leaders, organizations, Christian bodies had opposed the date previously scheduled on 4th April.
