AGARTALA, March 8 (TIWN): PM Modi's speech is being prepared from BJP Krishnanagar Party office and this programme was fixed in the BJP Office for which statewide Mandals, Party Committees have been informed, but BJP and its Govt are now trying to label the programme as a Govt programme and State Govt also without any hesitation is misusing funds in promotion of BJP. 

This upcoming programme on tomorrow is technically and constitutionally not qualifies as a Govt Programme. If it was a Govt programme, then all the achievements of the previous all Govts should be discussed and former CMs should be invited in the programme, but the programme is all about BJP-IPFT Govt's 3 years completion - which is a purely political programme and using Govt funds for that is a gross violation of the laws.

It has been reported that vehicles are being provided under Govt notifications for the day and also non disclosure who is paying for the decorations and other arrangements. 

PM Modi will deliver a virtual speech tomorrow from Delhi for Tripura.

If no opposition MLA is being invited, how it can be a Govt Programme ?
