AGARTALA, March 5 (TIWN): A man was beaten to death in Shanmura.

Police said, Bidhan Das of Shanmura had courted a fight with Tutan Das and his brother Bimal Das. Tutan Das hit Bidhan Das with a heavy bag which was filled with tiles.

Locals had immediately admitted him in IGM hospital and then was referred to GB hospital. On yesterday night Bidhan Das has died at GB hospital. 

Both the accused persons are absconding now.
