AGARTALA, March 5 (TIWN): SUCI has paid tribute to Joseph Stalin on his death anniversary.

The programme was held in front of Ujjayanta Palace, Agartala. 

Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin was a Georgian revolutionary and Soviet politician who ruled the Soviet Union from the mid-1920s until 1953. He served as both General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Soviet Union.
