AGARTALA, March 1 (TIWN): Miscreants destroyed 150-160 rubber tree saplings in the darkness of night in Amarpur.

According to the details of the incident Raju Das’s rubber garden was destroyed by some miscreants. It is known, he is a member of Ward No. 2 of East Rangamati Gram Panchayat in Amarpur subdivision. Upon receiving the news he went to his rubber garden and found almost 150-160 rubber saplings had cut down in the darkness of night.

Reportedly, Raju Das, the owner of rubber garden, claimed the destruction occurred due to political hostility. Locals think after proper investigation the main criminal name will come out, who was involved behind the destruction.
