Palatana/Udaipur, December 9 (TIWN): A 16 year old minor girl, student of Palatana School is missing since 3rd December. Her name is Mousumi Das, D/O- Sri Sanjit Das of Palatana under Kakraban Police station. It is learnt that on 3rd December the girl came out of her house for her school to appear in the Madhyamik Test examination (ongoing exam that day). At 11 am when the girl did not go to school , her parents were informed and even after frantic search no trace was found.

 In the afternoon her parents informed the Kakraban Police station verbally. And on 4th December Mousumi's parents lodged a missing diary in the Kakraban Police Station ( Case no 181/14) under Section 365 of IPC. 
        Police is still trying to find a clue of her whereabout. However, police is suspecting that the girl might have escaped with her lover and now hiding in some secret location. Speaking to TIWN on Monday night Officer In charge of Kakraban Police Station Jatindra Das told," We have already informed  all police stations. But we have got the information that Mousumi had recently called in the mobile number of one of her friends . We will check the call details of her friend's mobile. Hopefully we will be able to find the girl soon.
