AGARTALA, Feb 28 (TIWN): Police of Teliamura Police Station recovered a dead body of an 8-year-old girl from deep forest at late night.

It is known, the little girl has been missing since 22^nd March. When she was not found her family lodged a written complaint at Teliamura Police Station. Meanwhile, Police arrested a 25 year old man, Abhijit Tripura out of suspicion though the suspect person did not confess anything about the girl’s death yet. But police suspect he is involved behind the girl’s death.

The girl was raped and then the rapist strangled her brutally. The body was sent for post-mortem. After police investigation the main criminal’s name will come out who else was involved in this incident.
