AGARTALA, Feb 27 (TIWN): Parents including students protested and gheraoed SBC Nagar H.S School premises against the transfer of school headmaster under the Belonia Bharat Chandra Nagar block.

As soon as the transfer news of headmaster, Tapas Saha spread, the students and parents erupted in anger. The students came to the school and broke down in tears after receiving the news. One by one the parents also gathered in the school premises. The incident took place at SBC Nagar XI class school around 3 pm on Friday

Students including parents demanded that they would not go home until the transfer of school headmaster Tapas Saha suspended. Their demand is headmaster, Tapas Saha should not be transferred from this school.

The protesters were reluctant to understand anything even students including parents blocked other teachers inside the school.

Centering this issue chaos sparked in school premises. Later the SMC took part to calm down the protesters.
