AGARTALA, Feb 23 (TIWN): On 19th Feb a 16 years old minor girl was kidnapped and raped by Dipak Ghosh at Gandhigram area. It is learned that the rapist is local BJP leader.It is also known, after the incident the family did not file case against the rapist.

On Tuesday Women’s Congress representatives placed deputation to the Women Commission to rescue the kidnapped and raped minor girl from the rapist Dipak Ghosh. Women’s Congress representatives demanded the criminal must be arrested immediately. Also demanded protection should be provided to the minor girl and her family.
