Tension triggered among Comrades over Pabitra Kar's resignation from West Dist Secretary post : Rumours Sparked in media

AGARTALA, Jan 20 (TIWN): News report on CPI-M top leader Pabitra Kar's resignation from West District Secretary post has triggered tensions among the CPI-M members.
Even yesterday, Pabitra Kar had joined the Police headquarter gherao programme but after a few hours he reportedly resigned from his post as West Dist Secretary. However, the CPI-M sources claimed that the resignation is not sudden by totally organizational factors and a reshuffling process.
Pabitra Kar and the CPI-M party did not leave any comment about this matter yet.
Pabitra Kar has been former Minister, former Deputy speaker in state.
Recently BJP held severe attacks in his home multiple times and conducted violence in Pabitra Kar's house injuring many CPI-M activists.
