AGARTALA, Jan 14 (TIWN): A young man named Vivesh Debbarma's dead body was found near ADC Headquarter at Khumulwng on Thursday.

His body was found hanging but appeared quite unnatural. His feet were touching the ground.

Local people first found him and his mother, neighbours had identified his body. 

However, before Police's arrival nobody touched the body of the deceased.
